Case study: one work portal instead of a pile of spreadsheets
A client company ran its day on spreadsheets: the team's passwords, its bid history and its contact lists each lived in a separate file. We built, host and maintain one secure web portal that replaced them:
- A password vault of nearly 2,000 logins imported from Excel, with live search, access by team and an audit log
- More than 20,000 bid records imported from Excel and CSV files, searchable in one place
- Contacts that sync both ways with every employee's Google Contacts every 15 minutes
